Online DVD List not updating

My last update date shows correctly and indicates the correct number of titles, but when I view collection it hasn't changed in months.  It's still stuck on 2409 when I'm up to over 2600.  I've flushed cache since then and the list is the same on any device I view the online profile from.

Thoughts?  Solutions?  It isn't an "adult" title issue as these as mainstream DVDs and Blu-rays.
