Kirkpatrick is credited here as Tim Kirkpatrick. Audio tracks: while previous submitter 'paulb_99' was correct in specifying the 'Other' audio tracks, he also reordered the audio tracks. However, the rules state that we should list them in the order in which they're encoded on the disc, which is: Czech/English/German/Hungarian/Commentary - not English first, although the cover says so...
