Would be nice to know:

a) Which device?
b) Which Android version?
c) Any customisations (esp. rooted device?)?
d) Which access-rights does DVDProfiler have?
e) What happens if you follow the suggested solution (Visit GooglePlay)
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Seems that something is preventing the license validation (I love to state the obvious    )

Usual suspects for this:
Security Software (Check what happens if you temporarily disable your security-app)
Insufficient Access Rights of the app (Check in "Settings -> Applications -> App-Manager -> DVDProfiler" if the app is equipped with full Network access)
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
