This is a continuation of my new user forum problem ...

My Samsung S3 installed perfectly.  Scanned 100 DVD's with so so success, the scanner accuracy is another issue that has nothing to do with this.  When I try logging in the app crashes.  I thought maybe the problem was it only worked as a standalone program as I couldn't access much of this site either ... so I purchased the PC product as well.  If nothing else I can at least post this problem to the correct forum now.  Anyway, still the android app crashes when trying to log in.

So over the weekend I upgraded to the S4 and reinstalled the program on the new phone.  Same thing.  Crashes when trying to log in and this is a fresh install without anything restored or re-scanned.

Any fixes?  I feel like I have been suckered twice.
