Corrected cast and crew exactly as credited, all re-verified from the actual credits, using the new "credited as" feature where necessary (determined by checking against other credits using the NameVariants plugin and Invelos' own "credit lookup tool"). Further research has shown me that this use of the "credited as" feature is not necessary - have a look at Invelos' own "credit lookup" tool results: Joseph DiVitale: 74 entries, Joe Divitale: 19 entries (with still a few incorrect ones among them).
