| Posted: | | | | Corrected Gary Rizzo to Gary A. Rizzo (as credited). Corrected Adele Plauche to Adele Plauché (as credited). Added "credited as" name for Edward T. McAvoy, who's credited here without his middle initial - I retained the name as it's already in the profile as the "common name", to match with his other appearances throughout my collection. Also, I feel that Mike Judge is entitled an "original material by" credit, not "original characters by". The actual credit (from opening credits) reads: "Based upon the 'Milton' animated shorts by Mike Judge". I understand that the fact that a name is mentioned would lead to the assumption that it's about characters, but try to take that away for a moment: "based on the animated shorts". I'd say that's "original material by", wouldn't you? 'Milton' was just the name of those shorts. Evaluate this contribution Profile Contribution Approved Sep 13 2007 8:13PM |

| Posted: | | | | Production sound mixer Stacy Brownrigg is credited here as Stacy F. Brownrigg. I used the "credited as" field for this, rather than changing the "name", as she seems to be far more often credited without the middle initial, then she is with it. Examples of other Stacy Brownrigg-credits (without middle initial) are 'Bottle Rocket', 'Slap Her She's French', 'Serving Sara', 'Elvis Has Left the Building' and many more. These really seem to be in the majority, so I kept Stacy Brownrigg as the "name", and put F. Brownrigg into the "credited as" field. | Posted: | | | | Corrected actor name Michael McShane to Micheal McShane ("ae" to "ea") - as credited. At first sight, this may look like a simple typo (which would have warrented the use of the "credited as" feature instead of just entering it "as credited"), but it isn't. I checked various of his other credits, and he's also credited as Micheal McShane in for instance 'Big Trouble' and 'Frasier'. Also, director Mike Judge, who cameos as Chotchkie's Manager (complete with hairpiece and fake mustache), is credited pseudonymously as "William King". This is well-documented all over the internet, for instance on: - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_Space - http://www.medicalrace.com/dictionary/Office_Space - http://www.accessmylibrary.com/comsite5/bin/pdinventory.pl?pdlanding=1&referid=2930&purchase_type=ITM&item_id=0286-6245369 Evaluate this contribution Profile Contribution Approved Oct 8 2007 6:40PM |

| Posted: | | | | (Very) minor correction to overview to match the back cover exactly: the words New York Post (at the end of the first paragraph) are NOT all capitalized. It's a different font, so I understand the confusion, but if you take a good look, you'll see there really is a clear size difference between the first letter of each word and the following letters. | Posted: | | | | Altered NEW YORK POST to New York Post This was discussed at length here: http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=374053&PageNum=6&x=0#M989855 (Exact same situation, with "Meet Joe Black".) Gerri's ruling is on page 4. Seems that since I changed this to caps (May 10) it's only fair that I change it back again, regardless of my personal view on the matter. | Posted: | | | | Rules update: "A Special Effects Coordinator can be added & credited when No Special Effects Supervisor is credited anywhere in the credits." As such, I've added the Special Effects Coordinator from the end credits. Also added Costume Supervisor Janice Janecek. Evaluate this contribution Profile Contribution Approved Apr 19 2010 9:17AM |
