Gérard Lamps, François Groult, Bruno Tarrière are mixeurs (sound mixers) and they are listed within the Sound credits. Cast Crew (from film credits) Willie One Blood is a stage neme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willi_One_Blood) Cherokee is a nickname (from rules: If an actor's credited name includes a nickname, highlighted by ", ’ or ( ), list it in the middle name field.). David Butler is the common name of David W. Butler (checked by Invelos Credit Lookup). I don't know if Matt De Matt is a stage name, anyway De Matt is for sure a last name (from rules: Articles (such as de, de la, di, von) are entered in the appropriate name field along with the name that they precede.)
