Is there a problem with the online database at the moment.

I'm only seeing about 11,000 titles in all plus I tried to Add by EAN for something I know is in there (24 Season 1 which was approved and added to the database over a week ago) and it says it can't find the EAN in the database.
I'm sure we were up to some 75,000 earlier today... any ideas?

Worrying... 11,128 showing even after a Refresh Online List.

I hope it's a temporary glitch!

77,397.. refreshed a few minutes ago.

Anyone else puzzled about the fluctuation? Specifically how can xyrano see 77,516, and then I see 119 profiles less a little over an hour later?

Would Ken/Gerri really have deleted that many title?

Hmm, I wonder if Work cached the database; now that I'm home I'm seeing 78, 376. I shall try again at work tomorrow morning and see if it's improved.

Thanks for having a look - obviously it's just me!

I don't get something .....

If I am including everything, according to the filters, then why is the filtered DVDs number lower than the total DVDs?

Odd, mine has the 2 numbers the same as you would expect... oh, is this something in Tools -> Display -> Regions to Include?  Make sure they're all checked, I've seen that one come up before though I doubt it would affect only 11 titles

You are right. It was that. I forgot that I turned off Regions 5 and 6 as I never buy anything from those regions.

Glad that was it Squirrel.God... and FWIW, for whatever reason, Profiler did a proper 'update' from Invelos today so I can see all the titles at work... must have been a glitch in the connection yesterday!

On the downside it means it's added 8Meg of data to my User profile at work and sent me over the limit I can log off at so I'll probably have to delete it every day... I do wish more programs would ask the user where they want temp files and data put... OK, so this won't be a problme for anyone but me but 8Mb in your profile that needent be there will slow down logging on for anyone and is very inefficient.

That's weird, I have only region 2 ticked and it still showed 77,516.

You got me, all I do is Refresh... -> Add... -> By Title tab, which today shows whopping 81,747 profiles.
Am I looking in the wrong place, mayhaps?
