 | | Posted: | | | | | | | I'm not using the App every day, so maybe this error is a little bit older...
 I got two Android devices:
Tablet: "Asus Memo Pad FHD 10" - Android: have to look in the evening
 Phone: "Samsung Galaxy S2" - Android 4.1.2

On both devices is Version 1.2.4 Build 65 installed.
if you go to one of my moveis and click the Trailer-Button a youtube-like window opens where i can pick a trailer. But no matter what Trailer for what of my 3200 Movies i choose i only got a grey video screen.
 The Videos are not loading.
Even if i click the youtube-Button at the the Top nothing is changing.

If i use the Youtube-App from Google-Playstore all Videos are running perfectly.

Any tipps to solve this problem?

Hi. I don't have a tablet, so I can't help there. On my phone, however, I had no issues. I did uses my wi-fi network with a solid signal. Were you using 3G,4G or wi-fi? Any one of those variables might causes a video to stall, or buffer for an extended period. That's about all I can come up with. I usually don't watch trailers on mobile.     PS What versions of Android. |

No ideas. I'm still running Gingerbread (2.3.5) Android. I can't reproduce the error.    |

I may still have this app installed on my old deactivated Galaxy S3 phone, which my son now uses for games...I'll check there too. | | | | | | My phpDVDprofiler collection |
