There seems to be something wrong with the evaluation screen at the moment:

All contributions I can vote on show the following:

Title: United States
UPC: MolBioRennie
Locality: MolBioRennie
Submitted by: Mar 22, 2007
Submitted on: evaluate
Contribution notes: [an unconverted UPC]

Maybe someone can look into this??

MolBioRennie is the name of a user.
Instead of the locality I get the name of the contributing user.

I see this too. Had to open the contribution notes page to verify what was supposed to be changing.
