problem when changing UPC

i've imported by 2.4 backup into 3.0.1

when i change the UPC from one of my dvds - tattoo (whis was added with Flags from file),
another title - kylie minogue: body language live - is overwritten.
after changing it back, the next one - taxi - would be overwitten
