| Posted: | | | | I am running iOS 11.1 on an iPhone 7 Plus with the latest app version. I generally scan the movies into my phone then send the changes to the PC database. I tried doing that today and it connects fine, then starts sending changes. After 15-30 seconds it brings up a window that says "Error sending change. Continue?" with the choices of retry, skip, and cancel. I can't do any of those. The app is frozen at this point. I have to quit the app to get it to come back. I have not experienced any other issues.
I updated the PC to version 4.0 and have reset my iPhone but it still does the same thing. Any idea why? Any way to look at a log to see what's occurring?

| Posted: | | | | I got desperate enough and checked my databases and the phone only had about 5 titles that weren't in the PC database. I added the titles on the PC then deleted and reinstalled the app. I successfully downloaded my database from the PC to my phone. I have not tried uploading any changes yet but did notice some lingering problems.
When I first put in the info to connect to the PC app and clicked connect, it popped up and said "connection test successful" with some sort of confirmation button but I couldn't click anything. Again, I had to force close and restart the app.
I also can't figure out how to get the list to switch from title descending to title ascending. It appears there's another thread on that so I'll address that there.
