My entire data base is gone from my iPad and is also not in the Cloud. What happened?

Just logged onto the Invelos site and did and update to the database. Then I went to the option to upload your database that is on my iPad and it did that. Then I was left with a blank grey screen and no entries. What happened? I have about 700 entries...is there a delay for the cloud database to be updated? How do I get all my entries back?

All is good in the world now. Discovered that with my iPad's iOS, I cannot upload my collection to the Cloud. However, I switched over to my iPad's local collection and my DVD collection popped up. So it was just a setting. Sorry for the anxiety attack.
