| The only way to back up is to buy the Windows version and sync to it. The online database backup function stopped working for iPhones over a year ago. I assume the same is true for Android. | Posted: Topic Replies: 2, Topic Views: 5862 |

Uploading from an iPhone to the online database stopped working over a year ago when they installed the new server. I assume the same is true for Android phones. You have two options. 1. Live with it and back up your phone frequently. 2. Buy the Windows app and sync your phone to it. This also has the advantage of allowing you to export your library to another Android app such as MyMovies. | Are you syncing your iPhone to your PC or downloading from the online database? Syncing to your PC should copy the covers, downloading may not. | Posted: Topic Replies: 2, Topic Views: 3646 |

| You can no longer update the online database from your iPhone. You need to sync your iPhone directly to your PC and then upload from your PC to your online database. From your message, I assume you have been using the online database to sync between your PC and iPhone. As I said, that method no longer works. | Posted: Topic Replies: 1, Topic Views: 2992 |

| Since they installed the new server about a year ago, you can't upload properly from your iPhone or iPad. Fortunately, you can still sync to your PC. | Posted: Topic Replies: 1, Topic Views: 3276 |

| You can no longer upload properly to the online database due to the new online server. It has nothing to do with iPadOS 18. This will probably never be fixed. | Posted: Topic Replies: 28, Topic Views: 17150 |

| Thanks. I guess I'll go ahead and switch now. | Posted: Topic Replies: 28, Topic Views: 17150 |

| Has anybody checked out DVD Profiler's compatibility with iOS 18.2? I've been staying on iOS 17 for safety but Apple seems to be trying to push people off it. | Posted: Topic Replies: 28, Topic Views: 17150 |

| Don't count on a server fix to this. If you are using the PC version, sync your iPad directly to it. That works fine. If you don't have the PC version, then buy it, but make sure the first thing you do is to download your existing online database to it. DO NOT sync your iPad to your PC until you do that! You can also run Windows 10 for free on an Intel Mac using Bootcamp. | Posted: Topic Replies: 28, Topic Views: 17150 |
