| Posted: | | | | Well I bought a new PC this week , high end motherboard . So I did of course saved my .dpb and after all my software was installed I reinstalled the saved data base., BUT I do not have my special load layout I had before.. Would it have been saved as well and if so where??. I still have access to the old hardrive so all my info is there. What folder could I retrieve it and use it.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Since you still have access to your old hard drive, the file would be in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUsername>\My Documents\DVD Profiler\Layouts
That's on Windows XP, I don't know if it's at the same place in Vista.
If it's not there, you could always use the search function in Windows to find a folder called "Layouts", it should be in there. |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah I did look there and found all the default ones,, but it's strange as I has given my saved load layout a special name, and whenever I Went to reload it was always in the area of 'view/loadlayout/ and the named file was there.., Now when I do a search it is no where to be found .. Not a big deal as I have now created another one, and saved it with another new name and it is there when I need it.,, . | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. | Posted: | | | | Yesterday I was moving things around on the screen and as I was doing so I was loosing certain screens ( never to come back unless I reload),,, I then got it to a point where it was just a mess . So I go to reload my saved and there is nothing there. . all empty. I had to do a search to find my saved .dpl which was in My Documents rather than under the Program/DVD Profiler/ Anyhow,, found it reloaded and found the ability to upload my saved .dpl to our current lists of others whch is now approaching 12 pages.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird.
