| Posted: | | | | I was a DVD Profiler customer, my collection is uploaded under the screen name SamMaddin, have just had to reinstall the software on a new PC and have forgotten my key and it seems in the transfer to Invelos my account has been lost! Can't sign in, password not sent when I request it and it's just let me create a new account with the same name. I wouldn't mind but I paid for the software, because I haven't got my paying account details I can't log a call with support, there are no contact details anywhere on the site from what I can see, can anyone help.... please! ![](/images/emoticons/cry.gif) |

Then you ncan use that key on here on this site to receive a new "paid" key for DVD profiler 3.x. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

Glad it worked ![](/images/emoticons/smile.gif) If you want to have the old one (sammaddin) removed, you could PM Ken Cole. Otherwise just remove any personal infromation from that one and be done with it... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | I'm in a similar situation, but I don't think it will be solved in the same way. I have DVD Profiler 2.4.0, Build 868. I am a licensed user, paid for registration, etc. When I try to use this website to try to get a reply to one of the emails I most likely used during the purchase, the reply email is not sent to my account.
I am a legitimate registered user, please help. |

I am a legitimate registered user, please help. I'm confused - what exactly is your problem? The logo next to your name shows you're a paid up user of version 3.0 too, are you trying to raise a support ticket or are you trying to change your email address? |

| Posted: | | | | Never Mind. I was able to retrieve the old registration # under Tools > Registration. May be useful for others in the same boat. |
