When Does the Distribution studio go first
This is what the Rules State, and Cant find anything Special about TV Series Studios even in the TV Series Section. I am being told that the Distribution studio goes first for TV Series.

Studios
List the Studios in the following priority.

Theatrical Release Studio(s)
Production Company(s)
DVD Distribution studio(s) if there is room available.
Do not abbreviate Studio names. e.g, use Universal Pictures not just Universal; The Criterion Collection rather than Criterion or Criterion Collection; Walt Disney Pictures not just Disney or Disney DVD. Exception: If the studio name is too long to fit, use standard abbreviation rules.

There is further information about correct names for studios, and the opportunity to ask questions if unsure, in the Contributions forum.

Not knowing the details, I will attempt my best guess.

TV series do not have 'theatrical releases', so there won't be a Theatrical Release Studio.  Instead, they are distributed...assuming they are not an actual network production.

This means a TV distribution studio would equate to a theatrical release studio.

There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

I agree, Unicus and the DVD Distributor is clearly pegged last on the agenda assuming there is room for it.

I agree, too.  But that is why we really need a separate field for DVD distributor.  I am as much interested in the DVD distributor (often moreso) than I am of some of the other studios involved -- since some films are distributed on DVD by more than one firm and frequently are of much different quality.  Since we can only include DVD distributors "when there's room" we often are unable to show that information.

Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges.
