DVD Profiler 2.4: "An error has occurred processing this file"

When I want to add a DVD, the programm starts to refresh Profile and Images, downloads 12,73 MB but then "An error has occurred processing this file". No Images of my 524 DVD's anymore, all other details are there. Tried everything, deleted DVD Profiler complete from every folder, re-installed it. Repaired Database file. Firewall is off. Same thing happens with DVD Profiler 3.0.1. Any help ?

That scan shows Intervocative's DVD Profiler. This is the forum for the Invelos profiler (3.0 and up). You should post your problem in the IVS forum, as these programs now belong to two different companies and I don't think you'll find the IVS support here.

Well, he does have the same situation happening with 3.0.1, so I guess it was just a matter of wrong screen capture
