I had the Gingerbread OS on my old phone and it does run very slow.  I upgraded to the HTC One M7 with a current Android OS and the performance was increased 1000%.  I use the WIFI connection to sync with DVDP desktop. Good Luck. |

Nope, I still use MyLoD as primary because the filtering is absolute superior to the way the official android app handles it. YMMV of course. cya, Mithi | | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

  | | Posted: | | | | Thanks everyone... as was suggested... I synced with it plugged into my charger. It was completely done by the time I woke up this morning.
So far I really like what I see... but for some reason when I open it on my phone it sorts alphabetically with Z on top. I haven't found a way to sort it to have A on top going down to Z... is there a way to do this in the app? I could probably get used to it... but would prefer it to be the way it is sorted on my desktop. | | | | Pete |

  | | Posted: | | | | Yeah thanks... see that button and thought that is what it was for. I searched the forums and found out that unfortunately that button don't seem to work with Android 2.x.x and that is what I unfortunately have. Hopefully there will be a fix to it at some point. Couldn't find any work around mentioned so I will probably just have to deal with it. | | | | Pete |

cya, Mithi This was a comment about the Android OS versions of the phones he suggested, not the versions of the DVD-Profiler-Apps. And yes, Gingerbread is outdated. It works, but I wouldn't go back from Kitkat. | | | Deutsches DVD Profiler Forum: www.dvdprofiler-forum.de |

And yes, Gingerbread is outdated. It works, but I wouldn't go back from Kitkat. Provided, of course, you purchased a device on which Kitkat is supported and provided by the manufacturer of the device. Jailbreak-Rooting which allows any Android-version being installable usually results in a guarantee-loss. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
