I went to an online store called www.take2.co.za which confirmed the duplicate upc codes and gave me the release date for the 60s one. The date for the recent one didn't look right, so I just looked at the profile in profiler 2.5! |

Disc ID may or may NOT be different, I suppose probably dependent on the size of the release.
Skip Is my English that bad? The subject says "Different DVD - same UPC". We have no problem at all with "same DVD - different UPC". |

Quote: And sometimes they're released on the same day. The German Edition of "Evolution" comes to mind: there's a limited digipak edition, with different cover, different overview but the same DVD as the regular version, both released on the same day.
In such cases, should the limited edition carry the UPC, or the more commonly available regular edition?
Released on the same day with the same UPC? I have yet to see this. How would stores manage those releases in their system?
Sorry, I only just read your reply: Believe it or not: Evolution (Regular Edition) [4030521321830] Release date 12/18/2001, Keep Case Evolution (Limited Edition) [4030521321830] Release date 12/18/2001, Digipak See ofdb, DVD-Palace, amazon, SPHE and whatever other online db for confirmation of the release dates, and compare the covers of the profile in the Invelos db (LE) with the ones at darktown.to, or, if you don't trust online scans, go to your local dealer and take a look at the back of the regular edition. This is the only case I encountered so far that combines identical release date and UPC for different versions of a DVD, but it's a fact. | | | Lutz |

Or if enough people would care and bitch about it, Ken could make the same workaround that he has used for the US Terminator 2 release (012236-109679 US) in the IVS database. How have those two profiles been transferred to Invelos? |

How have those two profiles been transferred to Invelos? Ken caught them He must have remembered this (as they were both contributed separately) or had the profiles marked somehow, but they are both in database. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | Found this two DVDs:
- Power Rangers - Time Force - Vol. 3, EAN 4-260009-911158 in IVS database with picture of case backside that proofs EAN. - Dennis Vol.2 with same EAN 4-260009-911158 on case backside.
Seems to be a mistake of the publisher (witch is actualy the same!!!)
Now "Dennis" won't be accepted. (Contribution only with Disc-ID possible) Cinefacts or DVD-Palace shows EAN for Power Rangers - Time Force - Vol. 3 4-260009-911127 I've uploaded a corrected version of "Power Rangers - Time Force - Vol. 3"
How is it possible to delete the wrong database entry? | | | Der beste Platz für Politiker ist das Wahlplakat. Dort ist er tragbar, geräuschlos und leicht zu entfernen. |

| Posted: | | | | You don't, as you stated with have proof in the images that there are two identical EANs for different titles. How does this happen, who knows? One could conceivably be a boot, but without more info that is hard to determine.
You have it right, one has to entered via Disc ID.

| Posted: | | | | PRTF teil 3 is definitely legit, I have that myself. I buy most of the German PR discs, this one like many others, came from a store called Temeon.de. |
