Your other examples are English titles, they have no meaning in Japanese.

I guess we disagree.  I would call it Sakura Mansion.  It doesn't matter that meaning of mansion is slightly different in Japanese than in English.  That happens all the time.  Japanese don't write manshon in western alphabet when they write about their building, they write mansion.
