Updated crew and cast from the credits a few minutes into the film. I compared all Japanese characters found to the ones on the Japanese wiki page and the Toho library. With some help (ok, a lot of help) of Google translate and the DVDP Credit Lookup I found all the names.
Please note that I entered the credits in the western reading order: left to right.
There are no cast roles listed, so I used the ones from the booklet. Other roles were left unchanged.
