Sorry, had to recontribute after I messed up with a couple of episodes. (Was my first attempt using dividers

) Should be okay now

Cast corrected and added with episode dividers. With dividers. Taken from each individual episode

Also note that there is a bug on the evaluating page regarding crew. You can see this under the episode 1 divider. The writers are credited under the direction header, but they are ok in the database

Changed the layout of the episode dividers and the content of them to match forum consensus (to list all in each episode, not to have the common ones on top)

Removed redundant birth years. I didn't find anyone that needed birth years
