Crew & Cast corrected, as verified from the actual film credits as they appear. CLT used for all common names.

Studios added as appear in the film.

Features added, as verified on disc.

Other Features added.

Subtitles & Audio Tracks added, as verified with BDInfo & PowerDVD.

^^ the above 3 changes should not interfere with The Movieman's pending contribution.

Overview corrected as appears on the back cover.

Disc ID added, dual-layer at 35.4gb in size.

Produced: Changed year to 2013 because it was first released in Canada on 8 September 2013 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
