Crew:
1) Davis is listed in the opening credits as "Camera" which is unusual but evidence suggests he was DP/Cinematographer (http://www.cinematographers.nl/PaginasDoPh/davis-elliot.htm; http://whiteoleander.warnerbros.com/wb.wo.filmmakers.ed.html) and not a camera operator (listed separately in closing credits) so i'm inclined to leave the credit but use the more generic form
2) Added from film credits:
Wagner: Costume Designer
Williamson: Make-up Artist
