Crew - all crew, taken directly from every episode's beginning and end credits, all appearing in exact credit order. No BY's or Credited As credits, as far as I was able to determine, were needed for any crew members.
Cast - all cast, taken directly from every episode's beginning and end credits. For credits that no character name appeared, I referenced three points, IMDB, tv.com and previously accepted profiles in the system. From there, I determined character names.
For Rachel Griffiths, changed character name to Brenda, as that's how credit appears in beginning credits of every episode.
Corrected parsing of Mathew St. Patrick, moving St. from middle name to last name.
