Removed incorrect "Sound" credits - per the rules, we can only use the "Sound" credit "when there's no production sound mixing credit". There is, so these minor studio technicians we're not after for DVD Profiler purposes have to go.

Removed incorrect birth year for Kathy Bates and John Cleese. See here for more info. Please remove the birth year manually from your collection, because the update won't overwrite it.

Added accepted birth year for David Lewis.
