Crew - per the *film* credits. - - - [Take #3 after a "common name" problem. Added Nicolas Lepage as credited as 'Nicholas Lepage.' He is credited as Nicolas Lepage in films such as The Fountain, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Heist, and Godsend. On 300 they for some reason threw in an "h" making him "Nic holas."
