| | Posted: | | | | Today I've registered DVD Profiler Mobile. Installed the program and synchronised with DVD Pofiler 3. No problem there. When I start DVD Profiler Mobile the program starts and I come in the main menu. If I choose for: 'My Collection' the program stops and the message 'Collection file format not recognized' appears. A re-install and hard-reset did not work... |

You say both are the latest version, but just to be sure, what versions are you running (desktop and mobile)?
