| | Posted: | | | | I have a few suggestions about the cast/crew information display that comes up when you double click on a cast/crew member:
Crosslinking between Cast and Crew. That is, if John Doe is credited as director and as an actor elsewhere, I'd like to have him listed as director and with the role name from the other (or same) film in that window, role names should probably identified by an appendix, e.g. (Actor)
Dividers as real cast/crew separators. If someone is listed in only specific "areas" separated by dividers in cast/crew, the information display should reflect that. That is, if I have two dividers "Episode 1" and "Episode 2" and John Doe is in both of them as "Will Smith" then when I double click John Doe I'd like to have two entries, "<TV Show>: Episode 1" and "<TV Show>: Episode 2" for this cast/crew member. Right now it's like in the old days, you only get one item for the actor and you have no idea in which episodes he/she actually starred. |

I love the new dividers...but the data is still useless unless you can see, at a glance, which episode someone appeared in. |
