Unfortunally most of the devices are expensive (i.e. >200 Euros) and you must have a least Windows Mobile 2003 and a memory card slot (in order to save the Profiler data to a Memory Card).
Furthermore it is adviseable to check on eBay or similaire sites to check if anyone has a good offer (price/value).
Mio PDA devices are reliable and cheap for example.
