FYI: There is a Visual Effects company header listed in the end credits. Specifically "Visual Effects and Animation by Cinesite" However, there is nobody listed under them that is allowed to be contributed. Such as Visual Effects Producer, 3D Digital Supervisor and others. So I left out the company header for that. Before the framestore block there is a list of 3 companies that supplied "Additional Digital Visual Effects". But no crew listed under them. Again, I left out them as well.
