Region is A = Region 1 for now as I understand it.
I believe the case type is HD Keep Case, this is still a gray area to me.
Studios taken from DVD case and the DVD credits confirmed with one minor exception, on the case the production company is Ladd Company and the end credits list it as The Ladd Company, I used the latter.
