As for a class action suit on Blu-ray profiles, I don't see how that can happen, because it is just a feature set for the players. It is as much grounds for a lawsuit as being able to sue for not having internal decoding for all sound formats, or only doing 720P or 1080i (just as examples). |

I no longer have any faith that Samsung is capable of fixing the problem. If they were, they would already have issued a firmware to take care of it. Instead they go about it one disc at a time, breaking things that once worked while doing it... | | Posted: | | | | Well, class action suits do need to be certified as such by a judge, and there usually needs to be a point of dispute to get past the filing by plaintiff and response from the defendent that proper box labeling would cover. |
