look at those nice valve amplifiers (McIntosh) 30 ...

yes it upscales his blu-ray to 4k... but it does so via analog, he does not have hdcp compliant hdmi connections... so theoretically he could be hurt in the future by image contraint tokens, however, the article states he is looking into getting a custom scaler to fix that...

It was impressive, but I also found it a little bit ugly.  It's all a little too cluttered for my tastes.  I would want the speakers to be heard and not seen.
