 | | Posted: |  |  |  |  |  |  | There's nothing wrong with Columbia House unless you don't like getting new movies for $6 or less.I've been using them since 2000.  Yes there is the odd mistake here & there but they've been pretty painless to correct.  As far as I'm concerned they are no worse than any other online site...where you'd be paying much more.

I had been a club member for about four years before this started. I seems to have started when they started outsourcing the customer service.
