Well, I just contributed new scans of the Batman: Gotic Knight UK Blu-Ray. The UK-Blu-Ray has slip cover. I scanned exactly this slip cover, of course the slip cover has the logo on it. It is not like the normal cover that comes without logo. The logo is part of the case with normal covers, but with this slip cover the BD logo IS PART of the cover.

Now I got 1 Yes and 3 No votes. The No votes stating that the BD logo should be cut off. I think this is wrong. We never cut off parts of the covers. If the BD logo is part of the slip case cover it should be submitted this way.

or am I wrong here ?

You are correct. The BD Logo is part of the cover. Normally if there was no slip cover though the BD would be cut off. Until Ken changes the program allowing the slip cover option to automatically include the BD logo, like on the HD slim option, the BD logo must be included.

Completely agree. If it's part of the slip cover then it's included in the scans. I'm not aware of what this slip cover looks like, but if it's a plain blue bar at the top, then maybe you need to explain in your notes that it's part of the cover, not separate.

Agree with northbloke: make sure you explain in your contribution notes that the logo is printed on the cover.

You might consider to PM (send a Private Message) to the other NO voters, explaining that the logo is printed on the cover.

Good idea. The other "no" voters may be unaware of their mistake and may not go back to check for updated notes. Just be nice!
