Can I have more than one database in Mobile as I have four in DVD Profiler PC but can not find a way to have them all on the mobile version at the same time.

AFAIK this isn't possible atm, hopefully in a future version.

The ability to merge the four databases would do provided it would ignore duplicates, is there anyway I can do this?

Back up your four databases, create a fifth, and restore the four databases into it.  Then sync this new database to your handheld.

Dupes won't be ignored, dupes will be replaced.
