I have noticed that the Japanese audio track and subtitles are missing in the US version of the Ultimate Matrix Collection Blu-ray.

However, these tracks (audio, subtitles and even menu language) in Japanese only appear when your player's standard locale is set to Japanese, otherwise these tracks are not accessible.

I'd like to update the profile but in what order should I put the tracks?
- With locale set to English, they don't show up
- With locale set to Japanese, default is English audio with Japanese subs, and Japanese audio with English subs being in second position.

Any suggestion how to make a correct submission for this? I know we need to stick to the order of the disc, but the order changes depending on the locale of your player.

This has been mentioned before I think. If I can find the thread I'll post a link and if we can track down that profile we can see what they did.
As far as I'm aware audio tracks are still embedded into the file like they are on DVDs, so it should still be possible to get an order even if they aren't all accessible at the same time.

Edit: found the discussion here.

Ok, after looking at The Matrix profile (7321900115308, UK disc) it looks like Lewpy went above and beyond and used a demuxing tool to discover the track order. I would say if you follow that profile it should match as it sounds like Warners have issued the same disc worldwide.

Thanks, that answers my question.
I have the US version, so I'll just follow what Lewpy did. The discs are indeed the exact same worldwide but depending on your player's locale, some tracks & subs aren't accessible.
