The credits show in all caps "MAX VON SYDOW" which means standard capitalization rules apply. See http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=262159&PageNum=8&messageID=1930792#M1930792

The proof in that post proves that standard capitalization rules in both English (that the profile is) and sweeded (actor's origin) is "von" and not "Von" since it is a foriegn particle with a forename (Max)

The post shows that standard capitalization rules in both English (that the profile is) and sweeded (actor's origin) is "von" and not "Von" since it is a foriegn particle with a forename (Max). So in either language "von" is always in lower case when preceded by a forename or title
