any news regarding the mentioned Error ?
Just bought DVD Profiler for the PC and the iPhone. PC Version is running on W7 (64-bit).
Configuration was performed in a way that I am able to access the Database from anywhere (Internet) via iPhone. Everything fine so far.
Now I have installed DVD Profiler on my Notebook W7 (64-bit). I will use it to fill in personalized information (bought on ..., price, ...). In this aspect the iOS-Version is very limited. PC-Version is registered, Notebook Version - that should only work as a Client! - is not registered (and shoudn´t need to (?))
I am on vacation and have unrestricted internet access.
iPhone Version can access the database, the Notebook can´t. Same behavor as the OP.
I wasn´t connected via iPhone when I started the client on my Notebook.
Open it once after configuration worked. But it can´t be opened a second time.
Is there an solution regarding this problem ? Is it a limitation ?

With this license you can install DVDProfiler on as many machines as you like. You can even manage entirely different collections. The only serious restriction is that there's only one online list for one license-key.
