Hey everyone,

I'm having a problem with the "DVD Online Profiler".
I bought the unlimited registration yesterday and downloaded the latest version.

If I type in different BR or DVDs - no problem.
But when I went to the "DVD Online Profiler" button to upload the collection,
there was always an error when I typed in the user name and password.

As username I took my ALIAS-Name,
As password I took the self-choosen one from the user settings.

But always "wrong".

PS: And I am absolutely sure not making errors by typing in the correct words
If I use the data for the login to Invelos - always NO PROBLEM.

Did I make anything wrong?
Did I use the wrong password?

Some help needed, please

Since Profiler asks for the 'Username' when going online and not the 'Alias' I use the 'Username'.

My user name is identic with my alias name.
But do I have to enter the real name? Last name? First Name?

But the password has to be the one I choose myself, not the product key?

PS: Falls jemand deutsch spricht - ich nehme auch gerne Erklärungen in deutsch entgegen

No, don't use your real name, just the username. The password is the same you use for the Forums.

Have you tried to change your password? Sometimes special characters make problems, like % (that's at least the case with some web interfaces of routers and the WPA encryption password).

P.S.: Ich schreib weiter auf Englisch, denn vllt. hilft der Thread mal jmd. anderem, der des Deutschen nicht maechtig ist.

I used the username ("Blackfield") and the password I created on my own.
I can try to change the password because of some signs in it...
I'll try....

The support said the same like you did.
I'm going to change the password to an easier version with only letters and numbers...

I'll keep you informed.

Thank you
