Maybe this has been asked before.  Is it possible to have two seperate DVD Profiler programs on one computer?  The reason I ask is because I'd like to be able to seperate my collections.  I'd like to have my DVD's on one site and have my BLU-RAY collection on the other.  Is this possible, and how is it done?  Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks,  Steve

While it is possible... it isn't needed.  All you have to do is go to File --> Open Database and there you can make as many databases as you like.

There is a downside to this though. If you upload your collection to your site... only 1 of the databases will be uploaded to the site.

Another option would be to use categories. That way in the one database you can have a tab for Blu-Rays and one for DVDs if you want... and if you keep it checked to remain in the owned category I believe you will still be able to have your complete collection online as well.

Yes, you are right, the online collection shows all the categories for which Include contents in owned collection is checked ( I myself have different categories for movies and TV series). As was pointed out recently in another thread, one drawback is that the profile page does not show recent purchases for any of the categories included.
