| | Posted: | | | | When a old dvd comes out with a new cover we are not aloud to update the cover to the online data base? That is correct rite? I ask this because I didn't think we were aloud do that, but we could do it to our personal profile's only. I ask this because I have a copy of Bat Man with the original cover and now the one online has a new cover on the same dvd.

If you submit your scan, and can show that it is the Original, then it should be accepted.

Charlie Right on, unfortunately we have a number of members who refuse to read or follow the contribution rules. Maybe they can not understand the rules, after all in order get college loan money, colleges have lowered their standards and offering math and English for dummies and 101 science courses. There are times when a DVD will be released with different packaging for different retailers, so this won't always work. I have a DVD that I had in my hands before the "original release date", and I've had its cover scans declined because some voters insisted that it wasn't the original cover art, because it differed from what's already in the database. --------------- |
