| | Posted: | | | | Scanned slipcovers pere rules and request. The differences are subtitle but many. This sin't so much about what looks better as what is right, I know existing are easier to read and have better blacks. Hard enough to get good blacks from normal scans, these are reflective! | | Posted: | | | | How do you like my 800 DPI scans? I tried to adjust color levels but while still maintaining the original colors. It's funny though how a reflective cover can alter the colors. All in all my blacks are an improvement and most colors are similar to the cover, while a few are slightly off. It must all come down to the quality of the scanners... The most drastic change occurs when the image is converted to the lossy jpg format. | | Posted: | | | | interactive feature "meet the stalkers" added to features; video format corrected (although running man was filmed on 35mm and all other full screen video and dvd releases presented the film open matte showing more information at the top and bottom of the frame, the full screen version on this dvd is a pan & scan version which chopps off the sides of the already matted widescreen transfer), disc description corrected accordingly.
