Include cover scans
...and not the indicator that changes from greyed out to lit up when changes are made.
That is likely a software problem rather than a local database problem. Although there may be an easier solution, it could take a bit more time to track down, so for the sake of time/effort, the best solution is to BACKING UP your whole local database and uninstalling/reinstalling DVD Profiler software. It says that the profile has been saved to your local database and asks if you want to contribute, with the options of 'Contribute Now' and 'Maybe Later'. There is also a check box that says "Don't ask me again" so I am guessing he accidentally checked it.
