Hey all,
I know this probably sounds stupid but I simply cannot figure it out... how can I make the notes in the personal information area to be bigger?  Thanks in advance.

Menu Tools/Options/Display : Check Use html for notes.

Then use html format for your text.

Ex : <b><font size="5">Notes</font></b>

Hey,
Thanks for the knowledge but I'm a hack at html.  This is what I have I simply don't know where to put the code you told me:

</font></td></tr><tr><td width='10' valign='top'><font face='arial,helvetica' size='5' COLOR='#CC6600'><b>DVD#:</b></font></td><td>
<DP NAME="COLLNUM">

</font></td></tr><tr><td width='10' valign='top'><font face='arial,helvetica' size='5' COLOR='#FF0000'><b>Review:</b></font></td><td>
<DP NAME="NOTES"><b>

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After having checked the Use html box,

you just have to paste your html code in the note section :

to obtain the desired text in the notes window :

Hey,
Thanks for the info so fast.  I understand what you're saying but do I have to do this all my DVD's with notes?  That can take a lifetime.  Or did I miss something?
Thanks again

If all profiles will have the same HTML, copy and paste will work. Select DVD - Copy (of a profile you have added the notes to). Flag the profiles you wish to copy to, then select Collection - Flagged - Paste, check Notes and confirm to overwrite data, then click OK.

If text is different in the different profiles, you'll have to correct each notes. The best way is to standardize the form (color, font, size), so that the html code will be the same, then paste this code for each profile. But it can take much time... When several profiles have the same notes, you can do as greyhost said.

Or you can do it in a couple of minutes with Bulkedit. Put the font info in a work column and do an automated row copy with append to front or back of notes.

There are probably other ways to do it within Bulkedit also, such as Regex find/replace.
Thanks for your support.
