I cleared the app's cache in the Android settings and now the app won't run at all, instead receiving a message "Unfortunately, DVD Profiler has stopped." I have uninstalled/re-installed app several times and still receive the same mesage. I have used CCleaner Clean Master to clean my tablet of obsolete apks and other debris leftover when you uninstall apps and still have the same issue. I have just posted a message elsewhere in these forums looking for help as I haven't found anything covering this issue.
