I have this error most of the time either when refreshing profiles or (mostly) when aptenting to add or consult a new profile before adding it: 'Unable to download the file' (sorry, I have the french translation, I assume this is the english version of it ^^).
This happens when it tries to connect to server IP 173.167.34.141
I "tracerouted" to this server and encountered many timeouts on the way, outside my provider's network...
This situation lasts for 3 continuous weeks so far...

FYI, I'm in France and never encountered surch a problem in years. AND I tried the "Use alternate Internet connection method" option but it failed the same way (randomly working).
I don't have any proxy... and no changed has been made on my network (including firewall/softwares update regarding networking confiugurations).

Should I consult my provider or do you have knowledge of such kind of problem on your side?

Thx

No, I never have any connection problems, and I'm only 10 km away from France.

Check out your system.

It was a network problem on my provider's side: they solved it obviously since I don't have the problem any more...
