| | Posted: | | | | At this very minute, 75 years ago, the Japanese empire attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor. And while it may have been a horrific day for everyone involved, I can't help but think that it may have been a good day for history - even for me as a German. Who knows how history may look like if the Americans had not been dragged into the Second World War. I'd wager that Germany would still have lost the war but with a lot more casualties on the Soviet side which in the end would have ruled over all of Western Europe (except maybe the UK). | | | Karsten
